1 Bedroom Villa is 550 square ft., sleeps 4, 1 king bed, 1 sofa bed (Full) wood most comfortable for 2 children; 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, woodburning fireplace, screened-in deck, electric grill, laundry is in unit, free Wi-Fi, CableTV and parking.

Christmas Mountain sells out every summer, so it is suggested that you book at least a few months out for best selection. Christmas Mountain does enforce the maximum number of people that can stay in a unit to 6 people in a two bedroom. No pets are allowed at the resort and no smoking in any of the units. Check-in time is 4:00PM. Check-out is 10:00AM. Late Checkouts are not allowed, so plan accordingly. If you are planning to check-in after 11:00PM, please call ahead to let them know and get the after hours check-in procedure.
