*Housekeeping fee on Timbers is currently $92 for the week paid directly to the resort when you check-in.

There are a number of types of units at Christmas Mountain and these are the largest and nicest. The Villas are two stories and the Timbers are true log built units with vaulted ceilings. Not only are they twice the size of the cottages and cabins (1,200 vs. 650 sq.ft.), but all of these units have a screened in deck with electric BBQ for grilling which the others do not. They also have in unit washers and dryers and Free internet Wi-Fi and CableTV is also included with your stay.

Christmas Mountain sells out every Summer, so it is suggested that you book at least a few months out for best selection. We have a number of repeat renters every year and don't rent a lot a weeks to begin with. For best availability consider booking early. There are two 3 bedroom Villas at Christmas Mountain and we are fortune to rent one of those weeks every June, so if you have a big family keep that in mind. Christmas Mountain does enforce the number of people that can stay in a unit to 6 in a two bedroom and 8 in a three bedroom. No pets are allowed at the resort.

Check-in time is 4:00PM. Check-out is 10:00AM. Late checkouts are not allowed, so plan accordingly. If you are planning to arrive at the resort after 11:00PM, please call ahead to let them know and to understand the after hours check-in procedure.
